Rehema Family Care Children’s Home (RFCCH) was founded by Bishop Sir Ambrose Samo and his wife Mary Juma Samo by establishment this programme in 2004 in, Kenya Kisumu East District Kanjulu location. And registered As Community Based-organization, Rehema Family Care children’s Home has given hope and life to hundreds of homeless, unwanted or orphaned children from 2004-2011 and still assisting up to now.

(RFCCH) was finally registered as community Based-Organization on 27th may 2009 it has managed to do this with limited space and resources and is entirely dependent on the generosity of supporters from our community well-wishers’ within Kenya. With a growing demand for the services provided by (RFCCH) Currently RFCCH provides primary school education on its current premises but high school students are sent to schools around Kenya.

High school costs are rising and the long term projection indicates a significant increase in the number of those children cared for through RFCCH requiring high school education from 2012 onwards. To meet these future needs and move towards greater self-sustainability, RFCCH has developed a long term expansion plan with the goal to buy some land within a short distance from Kisumu and build a high school, technical college, farming for food, income generating projects and moving from an institutional structure for resident orphans to a village model with smaller family units created.
